Emily Nyindodo is a Technical Program Management professional with over 20 years of experience leading complex projects. She is the Chair of the Diaspora Committee for the Nyanza International Conference, Founder of The Project Manager LLC, and CEO of Scalable Systems Kenya. Emily is deeply committed to humanitarian work, having founded Lukio Health and the Anyango Nyindodo Foundation to improve healthcare and education in her hometown of Obugi-Nam, Kusa, Kisumu County, where she was born, and in Bethlehem, PA, where she now resides.
With an MBA in Management Information Systems, a Master’s in Healthcare Administration, and certifications in PMP and PSM, Emily has led projects for top organizations like IBM, Capgemini, and Blue
Cross Blue Shield. She also taught Project Management and Risk Management at DeSales University. Known for her problem-solving skills, passion for healthcare innovation, and thought leadership, Emily strongly advocates leveraging AI to improve patient outcomes and healthcare efficiency.
